Submission Guidelines - Final Paper

  1. Please consider the following requirements:
    • Your paper should not exceed 4 pages.
    • The max. number of co-authors is limited to 3.
    • Use the IEEE A4 paper template which can be downloaded from the IEEE website


  2. Your final paper must be certified by IEEE PDF eXpress in order to ensure the compatibility with the IEEExplore Digital Library. Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site http://www.pdf-express.org to
    a) convert your *.doc file to a IEEExplore compatible pdf file (Microsoft Word Template).
    b) covert a *.ps file to a IEEExplore compatible pdf file (Latex Template).

    Follow the PDFeXpress file conversion instructions


    • Rename your certified pdf file to the unique identifier of your paper
      (e.g. "10180.pdf")
    • Send your pdf file to prime_registration@imst.de
    • For the email subject please enter the unique identifier of your paper
      ("10180") and your name.
